How much space does the mirror booth need?

We recommend at least 2m × 2m of clear space, ideally near a power socket. We'll confirm details with your venue before the event.

How long does set-up take?

Set-up takes approximately 45 minutes and is included in your booking — it does not count towards your hire time.

Do you travel?

Yes — we cover the UK. Delivery is free within 25 miles of our base; beyond that we charge £1 per additional mile, calculated as a round trip (so the first 25 miles each way are free, then £1 per mile on the way out and £1 per mile on the way back). It's shown transparently when you book.

How are bookings secured?

A 25% deposit secures your date. The balance is due before the event. You can pay easily online once we've confirmed availability.

Can the prints be customised?

Absolutely. Every package includes a template suited to your event; the Guest Book and Digital Copies add-ons include fully customised print themes.

Do you provide props?

Yes — a curated, tasteful prop selection is included as standard. We can theme props to match your event on request.

What happens if something goes wrong on the night?

Your dedicated host stays with the booth throughout, so any rare hiccups are handled instantly. We carry full PAT certificates and public liability insurance.
